Nearly a year ago the ill-maintained fence around the former Children’s Hospital campus at 18th & Downing was our Eyesore. New owner Exempla/St. Joseph has since improved the fencing & tended to the right-of-way.

 The Case Building at 2nd & Columbine has slowly continued to fall into disrepair since the US Postal Service moved out. Even a (cheap) coat paint on the rusting support columns would help until a new development arises.
