Annie's Cafe & Bar, 3100 E. Colfax Ave., closed on June 26 after serving the community for 41 years.

A post on the restaurant’s Facebook states that the Spice Room Neighborhood Indian Bistro is expected to open in the space in September. The Spice Room currently has a location at 3157 W. 38th Ave. in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood.
