Ivy on 7th, 410 E. Seventh Ave., had its last day of service on May 8.
The breakfast and brunch spot operated for three-and-a-half years, according to its website.
On Facebook, general manager Noemí Ramos wrote:
“It is through our amazing team and loyal guests that we have had a tremendous run. It saddens us to say that our time has come to an end … We can't thank you enough for your patronage, friendship and support at Ivy. Ivy on 7th will always hold a very special place in our hearts because of all of you.”
According to the post, the reason for the closure was the decision not to extend the lease, and to focus on the other restaurants. These are: Angelo’s Taverna, which has a location at 620 E. Sixth Ave. in Speer and a location in Littleton, angelostaverna.com; Gold Pan Saloon in Breckenridge, thegoldpansaloon.com; and Logan Street Restaurant and Bar, loganstreetdenver.com, and Carboy Winery, carboywinery.com. The latter two are located at 400 E. Seventh Ave., which borders the Capitol Hill and Speer neighborhoods. Carboy Winery also has locations in Littleton, Breckenridge and Palisade.
